For the last 30 years I have worked in the food and healthcare industries in a variety of ways. Whether as a chef, educator or nutritional consultant in a restaurant or as a private chef I strive to tailor what I do to the needs of the individual.

I am well versed in the following cooking styles and dietary modalities:

Why so many well followed diet plans? I believe nutritional diets should take into account the health and lifestyle of the person I’m working with. Figuring out what is best suited for each person increases the success rate, as the diet is easer to follow for the individual.
